Stormwater Mitigation Project : Studio Row

The Folk School would like to share with you the details of our upcoming Stormwater Mitigation Project, designed to address the severe erosion caused by heavy rains that wash out the gravel from the roads/pathways from the Maintenance building down through Studio Row. This plan has been in development since 2018, where rock lined bioswales with native plantings were recommended as a way to address our stormwater challenges in the 20-Year Master Plan.

Phase one of this project is completed. Planting will be done in October, when the weather gets cooler.
